Just a brief note to thank you for your excellent customer service. I was a bit discouraged that I felt I had to break my basement window in order to get into my house after my recent vacation, but that's another story. So, here's what happened:
- I looked up three windows companies in the city and emailed them about needed repairs to my window.
- As I recall, you were the only ones to get back to me, i.e., see Rose's email below.
- When I brought the window in on Sept. 5th, Vanessa showed superb customer service skills. She showed empathy for my situation and even listened to my brief broken window story.
- Then she charged me in accordance with Rose's quote and I paid up.
- She made sure that a technician quickly looked at the window before I left to ensure it was indeed repairable.
- Vanessa called yesterday that the repaired window was in. You promised an approximate 5 week delivery but I picked it up today nicely repaired in less than three weeks.
- I let the office gentleman know today when I picked it up that your customer service is great.
- I brought the repaired window home and installed it in short order.
I'm a happy guy. Thanks for your professional and personal service. I'll be sure to recommend you to others who need window repairs. :)
On behalf of His Excellency, Bishop Crosby, I thank you for your kindness in responding to the Bishop's call to join him at the Bishop's Charities Invitational golf tournament. Your generosity will help provide direct and immediate help to the poor and marginalized in Hamilton.Francis Doyle

Brought in a fireplace glass door that had a reindeer (felt) Melted to it Christmas day. The ceramic glass broke when we tried to scrape off Rudolph.
Spoke to Frank at City window and glass he said to bring it in. We dropped it off and they called someone in from their holiday to fix it which was really nice because we had cold air coming in from the fireplace with the missing door.
This seems to be one of those businesses that you hope are there when you need it well they are. Give them a call, they have a beautiful office and fabulous staff at the west Harbour area in Hamilton.
Dear Patron of the Bishop's Charities Dinner Dance,
Thank you for making the 32nd Annual Bishop's Charities Dinner Dance a successful and enjoyable evening for all who attended. Thank you, in particular, to the members of several councils of the Knights of Columbus who worked together to organize the event!
As Bishop of the Diocese of Hamilton, I have been impressed and encouraged by the many good works being done by the Catholic community. The Charities Dinner makes it possible to offer support to some of them.
The proceeds from the event will support the following charitable causes: The Bridge; St. Patrick's Parish Special Fund; Immaculate Heart of Mary School, Corner Brook, NL; Catholic Children's Aid Society - Bishop Crosby Fund for Families, Hamilton; Our Lady of Mercy Parish, Hamilton; Birthright; and Hamilton Out of the Cold. These charities represent our attention to concerns across the span of life.
Your generosity makes such support possible. I am deeply grateful!
Sincerely in Christ and Mary Immaculate,
(Most Rev.) Douglas Crosby, OMI
Bishop of Hamilton

Dear Sponsor - City Window & Glass,
I'm writing to thank you for the ''Attitude of Gratitude" award I received as a graduating member of Bishop Tonnos Catholic Secondary School. I was very excited when I learned that I was chosen for this distinction.
As a graduating student, I have chosen to continue my education at university, specifically McMaster University's Mathematics and Statistics program. The funds I receive will all go towards paying for University expenses.
I am very grateful for your generosity.

Costumed Bevelled Mirrors.
After our two bathrooms were completely renovated I wanted to install new large Bevelled Mirrors over the new vanities. I called City Window & Glass within two days they sent someone to measure, then cut the mirrors to fit and came back to install. The whole process was painless. They were fast, efficient, supplied quality materials and all at a competitive price.
Great Attitude and the Staff was Very Professional.
City Window & Glass took the time to make sure our experience was truly a great one. Hats off to one of the most professional group of individuals.
